Meet the Team
Jere' Webber, LMFT
Jere' was born and raised in Lubbock Texas. She studied pre-med at BYU Provo for a few years then completed undergrad at Texas Tech University, married, and had her first daughter. Two years later she divorced, finished her graduate degree (TTU-MFT), married the love of her life (25yrs), bought a non medical homecare franchise w/husband (owned 13yrs), had 3 more children, and started a couple more businesses. In 2015 after both parents passed away, Shayne and Jere' moved to Leander Tx and in 2023 the family relocated to the San Antonio area.
Jere' earned her license to practice Marriage and Family Therapy, is trained in Emotions Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Couples Trauma, Discernment Counseling, and has a certification in Neuro-linguistic Programming.
Jere' specializes in couples experiencing high conflict, affair repair, intimacy issues, and other life transitions. Occasionally she will see individual adults as needed.
Jere' is the author of Sacred Nightmare: Memoirs and Movement for Adult Children of Parental Suicide, available on Amazon. Sacred nightmare was written from personal experience and from her professional perspective.
Jere' loves God, her family, great food, music, songwriting, and helping others.

SHAYNE WEBBER, Ph.D., LMFT
Dr. Shayne Webber decided to become a therapist or counselor at the age of 16. He has a Masters degree in Human Development & Family Studies and a Ph.D. in Marriage & Family Therapy. Shayne specializes in adolescents, families and couples. Shayne loves finding creative solutions and strategies for improving the lives and relationships of his clients.
Shayne has been Director of Counseling and Therapeutic Programming at Lubbock Juvenile Justice Center, Assistant Director of a youth program, and founder of My Intentional Success a youth peak performance program. He loves to learn, contribute and have fun.
Dr. Webber and Jere' Webber are founders of Next Level Couples www.nextlevelcouples.com, @nextlevelcouples. This program focuses on strengthening marriages and committed relationships through teaching specific areas of self and couple growth.
Dr. Webber and Jere' Webber are founders of FamLead wwwfamlead.net, Famlead (YouTube), @fam_lead. This program focuses on strengthening family relationships though teaching about self and family growth.
